The new St. Johns Square Branch offers a larger, modern facility designed to enhance convenience, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

The full-service branch offers:

• Driver license and identification card services, including road tests

• Vehicle registrations and title services

• Property tax payments

• Local business tax services

• Animal licenses

• Hunting and fishing licenses

• Parking citation payments

"This modern facility gives our customers more space, improved accessibility, and the same outstanding service they have come to expect from our team."

The St. Johns Square Branch is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment online or use the Tax Collector's “Join the Line” feature for same-day service. “Join the Line” allows customers to continue their day and “wait” wherever is convenient. They will receive text message updates when it is time to head to the branch.

The Duval County Tax Collector's Office operates multiple branch locations throughout Duval County. Many services are also available online 24 hours a day at www.duvaltc.com, including vehicle registration renewals and other convenient online services. Customers can also renew vehicle registrations at self-service kiosks located in select Publix stores throughout Duval County.
