The following credit cards are also accepted for payment: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Credit card payments, whether made in person, online or phone, impose an additional fee of 2.5% (or $2.00 minimum) processing fee. This fee is charged by the credit card processing vendor. Neither the City of Jacksonville nor the Tax Collector's Office receives any portion of the fee.
